1. Who is responsible for your data

TpulseAI is an Israeli consulting company that guides the adoption of new technologies and helps businesses get recommended more often by AI systems.

The data you provide on the website and at the consultation is the responsibility of TpulseAi Ltd (טיפולסאיי בע״מ), company number (ח.פ) 516984416, address: Rabbi Akiva 38, Holon 5882831, Israel. Questions about your data: office@tpulseai.com.

2. What data TpulseAI receives

  • Consultation booking form: required fields — name, email, business name and consultation language; optional fields — business website address, city, phone number and additional information; the time you choose.
  • Consultation: what you say about your business. Video calls and phone calls are not recorded. If the consultation takes place by email, the emails are kept in TpulseAI’s mailbox (section 7).
  • Business check: information about the business from public sources — the website, the Google Business Profile, directories, reviews, answers of AI systems.
  • Work after the consultation, if you commission it: the data needed for this work; for the in-depth check — read-only access that you grant yourself. Whether meetings during the work are recorded is your decision: in the contract this is a separate consent.
  • Visiting the website: the server log records the IP address, browser type, address of the page opened, address of the page you came from and the time of the request. The Cloudflare Web Analytics visit counter works without cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It receives the address of the page opened, the address of the site you came from, the device type, browser, operating system and page load time, and determines the country. According to Cloudflare, the counter does not collect or use visitors’ personal data, and the IP address is deleted during the initial processing of the data.

3. Why TpulseAI needs this data

  1. To book your consultation and contact you about it.
  2. To check the business and prepare a document with the results of the check.
  3. At the consultation, to find technologies that suit your business and, from the TpulseAI grant database, grants you can apply for.
  4. To do the work you commission and to measure every month whether AI systems name your business.
  5. To publish entries about the work with your business in the client log — only with your consent (section 6).
  6. To protect the website and check which AI bots open its pages (server log).
  7. To count visits to the website (visit counter).

TpulseAI does not send you advertising: not by email, not by SMS, not in messaging apps.

4. Are you required to provide data

The law does not require you to provide data. If you do not provide your name, email, business name and consultation language, TpulseAI will not be able to book your consultation or check your business. The business website address, city, phone number and additional information are optional.

5. Who TpulseAI shares data with and why

  • ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google): during the check, TpulseAI asks them questions that include your business name, type of service and city. When you start working with TpulseAI, the same questions are also asked in Google (the AI answers AI Overviews and AI Mode) and in Perplexity; for the monthly measurement they are asked every month.
  • The Cal.com booking service (Cal.com, Inc., USA): so that you can choose the time of the consultation, and for the video call — Cal Video. Cal.com processes data in the USA; Cal Video calls are run by Daily.co, also in the USA.
  • Hetzner hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany): its server in Helsinki (Finland) runs the website and keeps the server log.
  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): its Cloudflare Web Analytics counter counts visits to the website. Cloudflare stores data mainly in the USA and in the European Economic Area; Cloudflare does not name the country where the counter data is stored.
  • Google (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland): Gmail for the address office@tpulseai.com in Google Workspace — all TpulseAI emails go through it: consultations by email, requests about data, booking emails; Google Calendar, where meetings booked through Cal.com are saved; Google Drive, where business check documents are kept, as well as recordings of meetings during the work if you agreed to recording in the contract. Google may process this data in any country where Google or its subprocessors have data centers.
  • TpulseAI partners do not receive your data from TpulseAI: at your request, TpulseAI will recommend a partner and give you their contact details, and you sign the contract with the partner yourself. If you have commissioned work from TpulseAI, the data needed for this work is received by the developers who do it under contract with TpulseAI.
  • TpulseAI consultants work in Israel and in Spain and see the data of the clients they work with.

6. Publication in the client log

TpulseAI publishes entries about its work with a business only with the client’s consent. The consent is written into the contract.

  • Only information that anyone can check for themselves is published: AI answers about the business, changes on the website and in outside sources, recommendations.
  • Revenue, the number of inquiries, internal prices and plans are not published.
  • You approve each entry before it is published.
  • If you wish, an entry is published without the business name: the industry and city are given instead.

7. How long data is kept

8. Your rights

You have the right to receive the data TpulseAI keeps about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted if it is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You can receive your data free of charge. Send your request to office@tpulseai.com. TpulseAI replies no later than 30 days after receiving the request.

9. If EU law applies to you

If the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of your data, the following rules also apply.

  • Legal bases for processing: booking a consultation, checking the business, finding technologies and grants at the consultation and the work you commissioned — your request and the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); publication in the client log — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); the server log and the visit counter — TpulseAI’s legitimate interest in protecting the website and knowing how many people open it (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Data is transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area — to Israel and to the USA (section 5). TpulseAI sends information about the safeguards for such transfers on request to office@tpulseai.com.
  • In addition to the rights in section 8, you have the right to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to receive your data in a machine-readable format and to withdraw your consent to publication in the client log at any time; withdrawing consent does not make the publication before the withdrawal unlawful.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work or where, in your opinion, your rights were violated; in Spain this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
  • TpulseAI does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

10. Visit counter and cookies

The Cloudflare Web Analytics visit counter works without cookies. There are no advertising pixels, remarketing or analytics that profile visitors on the website. The website pages have no embedded services other than the Cloudflare Web Analytics counter: fonts are loaded from the website’s own server, and the booking buttons lead to a separate Cal.com page. The Cal.com policy applies on the booking page: according to it, there are no third-party cookies in the Cal.com product, and in the app Cal.com sets cookies for signing in, settings and security.

11. Data protection

The website and the Cal.com booking page work over HTTPS: data between your browser and the website is transmitted encrypted. Only TpulseAI consultants have access to the data from the booking form and to the check documents.

12. Notice in the booking form

The booking form on the Cal.com page shows the following notice:

I have read this notice. TpulseAi Ltd (office@tpulseai.com) receives the data from this form. Purposes: to book your consultation, to contact you about it, to check your business before the consultation, and at the consultation to find technologies that suit your business and grants from the TpulseAI grant database that you can apply for. For the check, ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google) receive your business name, type of service and city. Cal.com receives your data to book the consultation and run the video call, and the meeting is saved in TpulseAI's Google Calendar. The law does not require you to provide data. Without your name, email, business name and consultation language you cannot book; the other fields are optional. You have the right to access and correct your data. More details are in the privacy policy.

When the policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too.
